Since I'm awaiting parts for the elevator, I decided to get started on the rudder. I inventoried all my parts and dove right in. The rudder is small enough, and a simple enough structure, that construction moves very quickly.

Today I completed the frame, and got the entire skin drilled out to #40. Then I fabricated the pieces for the aerodynamic counter balance, and got them drilled out to #40. Finally I got one entire side drilled out to #30.

Moving right along...
