Last time I clecoed the whole skeleton together to see what it would look like. Today I drilled and deburred the rib to main spar and forward mount and doubler.
After deburring all parts mating surfaces are scuffed with scotch brite pads, then cleaned with acetone, and finally coated with 2 part epoxy primer. The parts are then clecoed together wet. Finally the rivets are each coated with the epoxy primer before inserting and pulling.
The green stuff you see in the photos is the 2 part epoxy primer.
