we are building an rv 6, and we sometimes get confused with the instructions and drawings and we were wondering how the instructions are for the moose. we are thinking about building a moose.

please respond and thanks!

I have not seen any RV plans myself, but from builders who have worked on both the general consensus is that Vans plans are much better. For a 1st time builder, the Murphy manual can leave a lot to be desired, but with what you've learned on the RV, you shouldn't have any trouble. One of the trickiest parts about the Moose is that you get an SR2500 manual, and the Moose mod suppliment. So you have to read the manual, then read the mod chapter and figure out exactly what steps in the manual are affected by the mod. The mod man is written from the perspective of modifying a completed SR2500... not building one from scratch.

All that said... I find the manual adequate. Just make sure you read ahead and fully understand what you're trying to accomplish. The Rebel Builders List is incredibly helpful for clearing up any confusion you may have in this area.

Forgot to mention that I've posted an example of the construction manual on this site already... you can see it here: http://n195ak.dcsol.com/viewtopic.php?t=61
